Silence is a signal.

Hello Peter I have attempted to login numerous times to the MiWay MiExpress portal. After entering my ID number and email address they have sent a link to do so via email. I completed the process and got a "Your password has been successfully updated. Click on the login button below to login with your new password." Using the accepted "new password" and I continued to get a "Sorry, your details are invalid." response. Yes... I have tried it more than once and yes... it happens every time. I have also tried using the "Log in with Facebook option" to which the response is "App not set up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions." - then why even have this as an option? I was held up at gunpoint yesterday for my phone in peak hour traffic... I got home and called my service provider to block and blacklist the phone and proceeded to call MiWay to report the incident and let them know I had to log a claim.... to my surprise they said the Phone was not on my policy - to MiSurprise. I emailed the claims department and in order to understand why.... 1. MiExpress Portal... As mentioned above - how would you suggest I log in? 2. On 22 February 2018 at 07:43, I wrote in an email to Mr M. Netshifum ____________________________________________________________ Subject: PLEASE UPDATE INSURANCE TO NEW DEVICE: MiWay Claims Update: C937789 "Thank you for letting me know Do you know why I have not been able to access the MiExpress portal?" - I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE - 3. In an email Sent on 23 February 2018 at 15:52:23 I wrote in an email to Mr M. Netshifume ____________________________________________________________ Subject: PLEASE UPDATE INSURANCE TO NEW DEVICE: MiWay Claims Update: C937789 Hello Mukovhe Please may i update my insurance policy with the following phone purchased today. I have attached a receipt and image of the box an cover for your administrative purposes. Thank you ____________________________________________________________ So MiBeg of you: Why was the policy not updated with a new phone I bought to replace the one I had already insured with them? (They did not want to pay out its value - So I bought a new one cash sparing them a R 250 offer) Why have they neglected my problems logging onto / changing password in order to use the "MiExpress" to check my policy? Spare me the glad you are "ok" part in your response... I am not "ok" ... MiWay has done nothing but take my money diligently and neglected to MiRequest to update my ploicy or MiEmail asking why I could not access the MiExpress portal. You can email me... or in the spirit of transparency... continue the conversation here and come to the table with a solution. I would say call... but Mi preference would be for MiWay to give me a logical transparent answer in writing.
