Sifiso Moeketsi.
I engaged with MiWay Insurance to insure a replacement car as my car was ****** and received the most amazing service from Sifiso Moeketsi. He took me through the process in a most professional, warm and kind manner. He went out of his way to explain options and found solutions on areas where I may be stuck, i.e. getting the vehicle for inspection in time, etc. He acknowledged the fact that I my car was ****** while I was held at gunpoint was extremely empathetic. The company has a real asset in Sifiso.
