Sicelo Vuyo...connec...

Sicelo Vuyo...connected well and assisted me with ease especially when I was kind of put off by the previous agent. However I didn't share that with him. So which tells me as a client that He isn't acting all nice due to the previous experience I had , however he is being genuine. And the energy was on point. The previous agent sad he will call me back since the line was bad, my phone only rang once on my hand and he never called back, instead I got an sms saying they tried to reach me🙆🏽♀️ that's when I decided to call back. And I am glad I did because wow Vuyo was just amazing .
