Shout out Dimakatso!

Shout out to Dimakatso from the Retention's Department, I called MiWay last week to cancel my household and car insurance due to a more affordable quote elsewhere. Dimakatso helped with going through the new insurance quote to ensure I had everything MiWay offered was included in the new quote, she also went as far as decreasing my monthly premiums and access! Long story short I am still a MiWay client....A Happy one at that!
