Shoddy Customer Service

I called MiWay today to obtain a quotation on an older vehicle and they refused to deal with me as it did not come through the Broker that was recommended by a Car Dealer I had dealt with for a newer vehicle the day before. This seems to be a very strange and dubious way of dealing with customers, i.e. the broker comes first. I asked to be severed from the broker as I had no point of contact from them and no record of the quotations they had obtained. MiWay could not do this, and instead they requoted R500 more for the quote already given rather than quoting on the older vehicle as I had requested. I am quite flabbergasted with this confused approach to customer service.
