Shocking WeDrive service

I booked my Wedrive before 4pm and I received an sms confirming my booking, I then got another sms reminding me of my booking then I get a call half an hour before I'm supposed to be picked up to be told the WDrive was never confirmed! Please explain how this happened. This is so unprofessional.
