Shocking Wait time and feedback on Claims

Unfortunately for miway I now have to bring my complaint to Hellopeter.com. So tomorrow it will be two weeks since my accident and I have had minimal feedback regarding my claim. This is actually shocking. I have been driving without power steering for 2 weeks now and will probably have another accident soon. I am not sure what the normal turn around time is on a claim but from talking to family and friends it definitely is not two weeks. I have been recommending miway to friends and family for the last 12 years as that is how long I have been with them. Only a windows claim in that 12 years. Could never really comment on the service as I never had a real claim in 12 years. I have been paying my policy every month for the last 12 years without any issues and miway has been taking my money for 12 years with no kind of reward systems like out bonus. Now that I put in a claim for the first time in 12 years they my me wait for 2 weeks and they provide no feedback. I always need to follow up with them? Come on MiWay, is this how you do things?
