Shocking Service
Lodged a claim 27 March 2024. To date I have not been assisted or the procedure been explained to me of how this claim will be processed. I have escalated my claim to the complaints department as well as the legal department with no joy. What an excuse for an insurance company. Will not be recommending them to anyone. It's honestly not worth the stress of dealing with this company. It's a joke!
