Shocking service

<p>I have a car insurance policy with them that I have been trying to cancel for three days as I have traded my vehicle in and taken insurance with another company on the new car, I have been promised to be contacted several times by someone who can assist me in cancelling my policy and this has been going on for three days now. I have phoned and emailed them several times with no response they have now debited my account and I don't even have the car anymore , absolutely frustrated and disgusted in this service and will never insure with them again . I am still waiting for a response from them and will need them to reverse the payment now , even the dealership tried assisting me to get my policy cancelled with no luck . Terrible terrible service </p>
