SHOCKING PREMIUMS

I called miway today to insure my new cellphone and i was shocked with the premium i was told to pay mean R500 for a cellphone just because i had the unfortunate experience of losing my cellphone and lodge a claim for it, what was i suppose to do, the consultant that assist me tells me its due to the claim mean what you basically telling is that i must never add items to my policy because of that claim you going to charge me an insane premium but i must continue being you client, mean telkom insurance are offering me R242 to cover the cellphone. Honestly i'm disappointed at the way i'm being treated here things are not done miway.
