Shocking levels of dishonesty and disgusting service
Would give zero stars. The worst dishonest, *********** bunch of charlatans I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Their handling of my policy is so bad that if I put the details on this review everyone would think I was exaggerating. Once I have managed to place my insurance elsewhere I will cancel my policy with MiWay and ensure that every phone number of theirs I can find is blocked on my phone and that any emails will go to my junk folder and be deleted without being read

Does anyone at MiWay ever respond to any emails whatsoever????
I wish I had never taken insurance with MiWay. The single most frustrating and pathetic service I have ever received. All of you simply ignore emails.
By the way I STILL DONT HAVE A CERTIFICATE FROM TRACKER despite Mpho stating it is “resolved”. I don’t believe him and if I ever have a claim you will repudiate stating I haven’t provided required documentation.
What an incredibly useless company MiWay is.
