SHOCKING INSURANCE SERVICE

<p>Friday night I get stuck in mud at 10pm in an unsafe location alongside the N2 freeway and this is how my night went. </p> <p> </p> <p>2 hours for a call back - to send a vehicle</p> <p>after the wait, MiWay dispatches a vehicle and then tells me they not coming as the vehicle issued was called on to another job. They finally send out another vehicle which was now the wrong vehicle after repeating clearly that I am in MUD and need a 4X4</p> <p>after finally getting a hold of them again and argueing that they have the wrong vehicle they dispatch another vehicle and guess what? its the wrong one again</p> <p>Both drivers from the towing services were upset as they did not get told to bring the right vehicle for the job by the MiWay consultants.</p> <p> </p> <p>Between getting shouted out by MiWay, phone put down on me and only getting my car out the next day while having a lady in the car with her 1 year old child (just a HUGE reason why I was having a nightmare in reality) I am officially done with MiWay and urge every person on MiWay to seriously change insurance company.</p> <p> </p> <p>The after call service was SHOCKING and again the phone was put down on me.
