It's funny that after over an hour discussing with miway senior managers, we reached an agreement that I was very happy with. When I ask him to email me the update, I got a surprise that my insurance has been cancelled. So I called the call centre, the agents could not explain why my policy is cancelled, so he started another policy. I have been happy with the service I was getting and am hoping this is a technical error.
