<p>Afternoon,</p> <p> </p> <p>I was contacted by MiWay and asked if they could do a quote for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>· 20min later the agent said great I will now put you through to my team leader Shailen</p> <p>· 15min after that, of pure repetition of what I had just told the agent the quote was sent through</p> <p> </p> <p>Who has 35min in a working day to sit on the phone? I don’t!</p> <p> </p> <p>· Today I get a call – are you taking up the offer? Yes, please what now?</p> <p>· Agent does not know how to assist me</p> <p>· Shailen’s team leader has contacted me and said great go online</p> <p>· Then I was advised that Shailen is on lunch and will contact me later to check that I came right</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT is the point of doing all this if I now have to go get a quote online for the THIRD time?</p> <p>Your process SUCKS to say the least, 0 customer service and way too many “team leaders” not assisting in the slightest.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would have been an incredibly easy sale but after this service, I will stay where I am.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Shocked potential client</p>
