On Sunday I had a tyre puncture. I called the MiWay call center spoke to a wonderful call center agent named Bradley, he was professional, kind and efficient. MiWay sent someone to assist me with the tyre which was a great help. i was impressed with both MiWay and Klaas' service until I found out that MiWay charged just over R600 to change my tyre. they replaced my busted up tyre with my own spare wheel, I mean for R600 bucks you could have at least given me a new tyre. Who charges R600 to change a tyre
