**** COMPANY AND STAFF WITH NO LISTHENING SKILLS

So you guys don't like to serve a client in the correct manner. First thing been L I E D to about the admin fee that wont be deducted the I get told it would be refunded but nothing. I phoned in today to enquire about the refund and to speak to a manager and then get questioned like I'm in a interrogation room been treated like a ********. This is a joke. Your structure is up to S H I T and you need to get people that actually do there job correctly and not MISLEAD clients. People involved Ntokhozo Njokane and Talya Du Plessis( the original consultant that L I E D to me about taking the admin fee off and not doing so.) I would like my money back please by end of today if not I 'm reporting this to Insurance Ombudsman.
