Shenice, who took my call, was very professional and friendly. She listened to my problem, understood, and explained to me exactly what would happen next. I received the sms of the name of the service provider that will come to assist me not even one minute after our interaction. I, however, suggest that the service providers be reviewed and be sent with diagnostic equipment, extra batteries ect. as in my case I was not assisted because my car battery was too flat.
