SHE LOWERED MY PREMIUM, EXCESS AND REFUNDED ME !!
I have had a policy for 2 years claim free which i took out a premium garantee on. This year my premium went up 40% so i found lower insurance and let Miway know. Now Busi from retentions calls and i had no intention on staying with Miway but when she reassesed my premium and dropped it to less than it was as well as lowering my excess to less than half with a full refund of all the extra money ive been paying on my premium up till now i really had no choice. I guess thats what retention personel are here to do. They kept me
