Shaunese Osborne was extremely helpful when my car broke down. I asked whether Miway would cover the towing of my vehicle by a third party to which she rep**** no. She stayed on the line whilst i canceled the tow vehicle and organized for my vehicle to be towed by a Miway approved company. She informed me of my road side assistance benefits and that i had sufficient cover to assist with my vehicle. She was most pleasant to deal with in a rather stressful time. She continued to keep me informed of the progress and i could rest assured that my vehicle was in safe hands. A most professional and pleasant experience. Thank you Shaunese
