Shaun was patient and was able to clearly explain what I am covered for. I was unhappy with my access cover and he was able to reduce the access from R18 000 to R7 500. He then connected me to his Team Manager - Smangele and she was able to assist in reducing my monthly premium cover. Both agents were very patient and explained everything thoroughly.
