Shakiri Masango from the MiWay team called me soon after I placed my request to be called. Extremely friendly and helpfull. Made changes I could not do on the app for me and ensured all is still the same. Transferred me to life insurance department where Katleho also assisted me with patience. Shakiri called me later to ensure I was assisted and happy with the service.
