Severely Bad client service from Miway

I have a complaint about Miway they know how to get people but don't know how to look after there client's and when u phone them they want u to speak to a computer witch ia mot answering your questions and then they ask if u want to be called back i have said three times yes but to no avail pls can u **** will talk to your client's u replaced the whole roof and there have been problems all the time so pls stop saying it is due to our lack off maintenance and send some one out that will listen and do there job and fix there mistakes
