Settlement of Account

I was hijacked at gun point in march, and I am still waiting for my account for the car to be settled. I was promised that it will be settled a week ago. yet its not done. on top of that the investigation officer tells me that no payment will be done without a car circulation num from the police. I went out of my means even though I am still in mourning for my car to try and get the circulation num which was already created and I gave it to the investigator. However I am still waiting for the response. no payment is done. To add to this inhumane behaviour they billed me for the insurance premium end of march even though my car is no more. It is saddening that they do not communicate to me when they fail to adhere to the promised deadline payments and any progress made regarding the car. I went through enough trauma I do not deserve such treatment.
