Settlement delays and lack of communication

MiWay is really frustrating with their lack of communication with regards to the write off of our car, Wesbank has issued a second quotation which is going to affect my May salary again, they will debit our account again because Miway is delaying the payment process. I just may follow up again this morning after they promised to call me back within 48hrs on Tuesday when i spoke to Mokgadi. Today they told me that Sanet Jacobs has not loaded the quotation which was sent by Wesbank on Tuesday 🤨Miway can you please finish this process before the debit my account again on the 15th...someone is not doing their job, communication from your side is very poor.
