<p>Yesterday I contacted her as the wrong amount was debited off my account compared to my policy. She asked me to send her an email and proof of the amount deducted. </p> <p>This morning she phoned and its been resolved. The correct amount will be deducted from here on going forward and refund will be credited to my account.</p> <p>Excellent service!</p>
