Service with a smile , even over the phone !

<p>I phoned Kitso from MiWay this morning with an irregular query about my premium and coverage , not only did she clear it up quickly with management , but followed up with me as promised by the arranged time . She was incredibly helpfull ,professional and friendly and knew exactly what to do reassured me not to worry and that I was in ca[able hands . When calling me back in the afternoon she even remembered I was writing an exam today and asked me how it went ! Ironicallythe exam I wrote today was Sales Management , and on all the criteria for effective sales staff Kitso hit a 10 out of 10 , I wish I could clone her and have her at every call center I ever phone !
