Service was just Normal

I was assisted by Lerato Mathebe, the lady was professional over the phone and she also informed me about ways in which I can decrease my premiums, this is 7 months later after my premiums increased with R300 from R1600 and my excess was sitting on R7500. If this inform was disclosured earlier I believe I would have had a better perception about the insurance company.
