Service unsatisfactory
I had an accident in June and Miway sent the car to their chosen Panel beaters. The car came back with lose joints where the impact happened. they are refusing to fix my car until today. I fail to understand why they will do half the job. they are in denial that the car was not fixed properly. The car came back with lose joint, wipers not aligned and the hooter sounding terrible not the Audi hooter. Till today i am driving an unsafe car, they keep making excuses and trying to find loopholes. I am disappointed with Miway and the way i am treated so unprofessional.

30 Sept 2022, 17:50I am not satisfied with your response, its the same response always for the past two months yet no further steps have been taken I took my car to Audi and they did confirm that the lose joints are an impact from the accident yet miway says the joint has nothing to do with the accident. My car has never been involved in an accident.
I do have the pictures and all the paper-trail of our communication and it proves that nothing was done and i am left with an unsafe car because of them. They are not being trustworthy for an insurance. My car is only 9months old, quite new and i am treated like this.
