Service unbelievably PUTRID!!!!
I registered my claim on Mon, 6 Apr 2020 with Busisiwe Manana @Miway claims for power surge. I had to keep following up on claim. This company never called me even once to get more information that they would need in order to finalize the claim. Instead they rejected the claim without informing me that they require more information regarding the incident.
I would never refer anyone to this company. The consultant Bisisiwe Manana was so ********. on top of it all she lies and says she contacted me.
