I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Kamogelo Sebesho today(28/08/2017).
The Gentleman was very efficient, provided all the necessary information and was very knowledgeable which made it easier for me to amend my policy and also to understand what the changes entailed.
