Service that is above and beyond... Ubuntu Still exists

Received excellent service from Miyelani, he was very patient and went the extra ,mile of getting my husband on the call when i needed his help to make a decision. Whilst i was still on the line he manged to send all the documentation that we needed. He was patient and answered all our questions in a friendly and courteous manner.

He made me realize that he is willing to go the extra mile to service his customer's needs. Truly exceptional service.
