I just want give a BIG 5 STARS to my favorite Vehicle Insurer.

Started my relationship with MiWay back in 2012 and they don't disappoint.

A week ago I was at the vehicle dealer to collect my vehicle and the F&I was requesting the COC to be updated. It was after hours and the sales call center was closed, the car dealership then refused to release the vehicle unless the COC with updated wording was provided.

Frustrated as I needed the vehicle before 8am the next day, I decided to contact the after hours call center. The contact center agent advised they cannot assist with the call as they needed to attend to emergency calls roadside calls only, but that he can refer me to his team leader to assist.

In under 5min the Team Leader Mr Aron Sirwali, efficiently assisted us and we were able to receive the updated COC. The vehicle was finally released to us that evening all thanks to your service that rocks!
