I called looking for assistance for car towing. What stood out was her professional, calm and excellent manners. She kept on referring to me with my surname. Which made me feel that I'm really being taken serious. Furthermore, while she was waiting for confirmation during the day, she kepi on calling me back to assure me that my request is on approval chain. While awaiting approval she kept on calling me back during the day, to ensure that she is still waiting for approval. She explained that she wanted to ensure that by the time she leaves my case its sorted and that I'm not inconvenience to repeat my story to the next person. Last call I received from this lady, was in the evening, with confirmation. I thank her for being a an excellent service representative.
