I called Miway to make changes on my policy and took household insurance and Nhlamulo Ngubeni assisted me. He explained everything step by step and repeated at the end of our conversation to make sure that I understood. His engagement showed the passion for the job he does. This is one of many reasons I love Miway, the staff always go extra mile and make things to happen my way.
