<p>My car broke down on late Saturday afternoon, so I called MiWay for road side assistance.</p> <p>Once I spoke to the agent (Teboho Thebehadi), I was truly Amazed by the service recieved. The agent was super professional and friendly, and working for a contact centre my self, I was properly astonished.</p> <p> </p> <p>The agent kept checking up on me and the service was truly on a personal level.</p> <p> </p> <p>When it comes to service, is the small things that count.</p> <p> </p> <p>Big up Teboho Thebehadi, you are truly awesome.</p>
