Service has gone down the drain.

Trying to reinstate my Miway insurance for my car after begin retreched. Spoke to someone on Monday and they where supposed to phone me back. Never did. Phoned again now and the consultant told me it would be best to go to another insurance company. On top of that I could not even hear the consultant because he was "working from home" and it sounded like he was in a pub and there where people screaming in the background. Miway used to have the best customer support under the sun. Disgusted with this service I got. Excited to try a different insurance company.
