This is to appreciate the quick and prompt customer service that Mi Way always gives me. today the service was indeed great thanks to Edwin though the incident with my car happened whilst the car was at my house, he did explain the company process against the benefits of my cover but he stretched himself to ensure I get assistance and the car was towed to the dealer. I appreciate the help I got in the time of need and thanks to Edwin now I understand the implication and technicality between the emergency on the road and emergency within your home. I just want to check is there a way to be covered for both? and at what cost? once more thank you, it is so nice to know you are not only about money, but the welfare of your clients is important. Heads up to MiWay and Edwin who has handled my crisis with diligence.
