Service excellence still exists!!!

We are so used to reading reviews of horror stories, however today i wish to report service excellence. After hesitating to answer a call yesterday from yet another insurance company?...I was pleasantly surprised to have been contacted by a call centre agent from MyWay insurer's. An eager youngster by the name of Waseem Gani, was so energetic and enthusiastic about his product that his sheer demeanour and professionalism encapsulated my attention. His extensive product knowledge was secondary to his positive and energetic attitude. I felt really awful to break his spirit of enthusiasm and im not sorry for affording him a few minutes of my time. His high spirit and energy paved my mood for the rest of the day as I was reminded that he was just doing his job....but doing it with vigour and passion???...something that clearly lacks in today's market. He also expressed compassion and thoughtfulness when he learned of my disability during his information quest. Not only a professional task , but he clearly showed heart and empathy.... something that cannot be learned out of a book or training. He is definitely a cut above the rest?. Hope MyWay insurance company retains his services and affords him the opportunity to train more of their staff in customer relations. Good luck Mr Gani on your future endeavours. You have a bright future ahead!!!✌
