Service Excellence!

On 27 August 2020, I contacted MiWay for a car insurance premium re-rate and was assisted so kindly by a young, vibrant, and caring lady named Poeletso Maloka. I was initially and kindly assisted by another young lady named Seipati Mogorosi who has assisted me in the past as well. Poeletso was very welcoming in her approach and oozed confidence and passion for what she does displaying a conscientious work-ethic indeed. She listened to me after she had perused my client profile and efficiently, together with the assistance of her senior manager, provided an outstanding final premium with which I was totally satisfied with. MiWay is indeed fortunate to have such kind, conscientious, passionate and efficient employees in its ranks who satisfy and retain their loyal clients every day.
