Service Excellence
I was trying to cancel my insurance because of my premium increase. Tumi managed to convince me to stay with them, not only did he manage to drop my premium but the service was out of this world.<br> <br> Now that is what I call Service Excellence!<br> <br> Well done Tumi!<br> <br>
