Service excellence
I basically needed a locksmith, I called MiWay and spoke to Tumisang Kolwane who was off great assistance. Arranged for the locksmith, did follow up calls with me to ensure all is in order. Supplier arrived 50min after logging my call and assisted. Great service all round.
