Service excellence

Due to financial hardship caused by the Covid19 pandemic, I contacted MiWay for a review of my insurance policy. I spoke to Busisiwe, a senior consultant who had shown great empathy and offered to call me back to conduct the review. Whilst I am chuffed by having my monthly premiums reduced by R693, I am more taken aback by the professional and courteous manner in which Busisiwe has displayed.
