Service Excellence

<p>Yesterday i took my car for inspection. there were number of errors reflecting on the inspection sheet. I was massively frustrated and upset as I know the reprocations thereof. I called Miway and I was given Ramasela 's email. I sent an email at about 16:55.</p> <p> </p> <p>At about 08:20 this morning, I recieved a call from Miway, Ms/Mrs Ramasela was on the line. She calmly resolved the entire issue within a matter of minutes. She went on and made an apology on behalf of the company about the errors that were made by another company. I was completely satsfied with her professionalsm. </p> <p> </p> <p>And that, i call it SERVICE EXCELLENCE!!!!!!!</p>
