Service Excellence
<p>On the 28th of June 2016 I was assisted by Nkosinathi Botlhokwane with emergency service on flat tyre. I applaud and take off my hat for his assurance that he is not going to hang up the phone before my query is been dispatched. I'm glad for his effort and appreciate him for going extra mile in attending to my query and even taking an effort to call the following day enquiring if all went well and even gave advices on how to go about taking care of emergencies in the future . That's what I call service excellence! Miway, all the way. KEEP IT UP
