Service Excellence

This evening I cancelled my policy with MiWay due to my own financial requirements. Ricardo tried to win me back but was unsuccessful. Instead of brushing me off as just another cancellation, Ricardo spent an additional 30minutes providing excellent service which consisted of a positive attitude, respect, empathy, insight and customer satisfaction. I appreciate and thank Ricardo for trying his best to keep the client happy, at the same time in the best interest of his company. <br>
