I'm in awe of the professional service I received from every consultant I came into contact with from the day I had a car accident 5 days ago. I can't remember all of them but Enoch who responded to my call and kept in touch to check if we are still okay was just phenomenal and reassured us that dispute the trauma, this unexpected unwanted experience will one day be forgotten, thank you Enoch. Tshepo, what a gentleman who just didn't entertain my frustrations as he stood for what he knows and advised of the correct steps to follow instead, a sensible act I can relate to as I'm also in the service industry myself, well done for keeping cool with a frustrated client and securing and protecting their feelings in all of this experience. Lastly, Kgotso Mohale, thank you for keeping me up to date at every given point about the status of my claim, service delivery at its best. Keep it up and never look back.
