Service Cancellation Advice

I called MiWay to cancel my car insurance and close my policy as I've since sold my car. The gentleman that I spoke to told me that I had a good profile with MiWay having been a client for the past 6 years and that it'll be good for me if I don't cancel my policy. He advised that instead of cancelling my policy and losing the 6 years profile, I may want to consider their cheapest product and still retain my profile. He explained it all so efficiently and finally I was sold - if not by the product itself, then definitely by the service. Great service, keep it up!
