Service bad and customer service experience horror

I used to be with mi way , I bought a new car and they could go down with premiums so I left the insurance, they keep calling me trying to sell me insurance, how bad and stupid must they be honestly, I left because they’s no customer loyalty and know you keep calling giving me the same stupid premium really .
