Service at its BEST

I had to restructure my Insurance Policy due to unfortunate circumstances, and my experience with Call Center Agents and not to mention Insurance Companies is never a good thing, but for the past four (4) years, and up until today being the 30th June 2015 theirs not one bad thing I can say about the the company nor the efficient staff at MiWay Insurance. South Africa needs more people like the staff at MiWay, that listens and appreciates the business needs of there clients, as service expectations are very, very low. I am very pleased to be a client of MiWay Insurance.
