Service and agent called Asisipho

I dealt with Asisipho today to request a review of my monthly payment and with another lady to ask for assistance with refunds or change of payments due to my spouse still working from home as she is in the tourism industry. Their service was beyond my wildest expectations - as always - and Asisipho made me feel at ease asking for help - which I don't easily do - and I will go as far as to say that that lady deserves an increase. Thank you for everything MiWay. I have never had a query that you have not been able to assist me with.
